Snoring SolutionHey I’m Ron, I have always been a loud snorer, it’s just a part of me. I sometimes snore loud enough to wake myself up, and as my wife tells me, I snore loud enough to wake her up multiple times at night too. It wasn’t until my wife started telling me she really couldn’t take it anymore and hated having to cover her head with her pillow at night and asked me to find a solution that worked.

In my endeavor to find the best anti snoring device that was comfortable, easy to use, easy to clean, and affordable there was one in particular that was better than all the of the rest, SnoreRx. Now they’re not the cheapest one available but it was only about $10 more than the others and it worked much better than the others.

I actually tried 6 different anti snoring devices to find out which one was the very best. Now there’s no question that the SnoreRx is the very best out of all of them for multiple reasons. The others that I tried were Zyppah, ZQuiet, Vital Sleep, Snore Doc and Pure Sleep. Now they all sort of work to a degree. The only other one that I’d sort of recommend buying would be the ZQuiet.

There are a multitude of features that are far superior with the SnoreRx than all of the others. Firstly and most importantly it was very comfortable. When I put it in my mouth my lower jaw effortlessly sits forward to keep my airway open. I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night to find my lower jaw had come off the mouthpiece.

That was the biggest issue I had with all the other snoring mouthpieces, my teeth don’t stay in place. Since my teeth wouldn’t stay locked into the snoring mouthpiece, my lower jaw would fall back and I’d start snoring again.

What I love about the SnoreRx mouthpiece is that I was able to make micro adjustments to the set in increments of 1mm. I was able to fit it exactly to how it felt most comfortable in my mouth. A couple of the other mouthpieces allowed for adjustments butSnoreRx Comparison Chart they would either slowly slip to a different adjustment or were too large of an adjustment.

The other thing I love about my SnoreRx snoring mouthpiece is that I was able to easily mold my teeth to it so that it actually locks my jaw in place all night long. A couple of the other anti snoring devices were similar in that I could mold my teeth into them but they didn’t do well at holding my jaw in place which is the whole point of the mouthpiece.

Another thing I liked is that I could still talk mostly normal while wearing it. Just because I put it in doesn’t mean my wife and I aren’t talking about something as we’re going to bed. Especially with the Zyppah mouthpiece that was an impossible task. It was easy to talk with the SnoreRx in my mouth.

After trying all 6 of these mouthpieces there is only one choice that I’d every truly recommend to anyone and that is the SnoreRx. 100% absolutely worth it. Not to mention the 100% risk free trial makes it easy to see if it works.

There are a multitude of “Stop Snoring Devices” available on the market. Both from online sources as well as stores like Walgreens. My personal favorite after trying 6 different ones is the SnoreRx. There are many reasons but the basic reason is, it works far better and is much more comfortable than any other stop snoring devices.

The SnoreRx has 1mm adjustments that can be made so that it fits my mouth perfectly. The design is so that it will fit anyone’s mouth and they can make adjustments as they see fit. This was great for me because the original setting it came on definitely did not fit my mouth. I was easily able to set it to where I wanted it, clamp it in place and it has stayed in that same spot for over 2 years without ever giving me an issue.

The ZQuiet is my second favorite. It worked great as far as doing what it’s supposed to do. However, as I mentioned in my other ZQuiet review, it had a tendency to slip out my mouth at night which would cause me to start snoring again since my lower jaw wasn’t being propped forward. This didn’t happen all of the time but it happened enough times for me to not like it as much. My lower jaw teeth simply wouldn’t stay tight in it all night long sometimes.

The Zyppah was one that I really didn’t like that much. It has a tongue suppressor, or a band that goes from one side to the other to help keep my tongue down. The idea behind it is that by pushing the tongue down it also opens up the airway even more to reduce snoring even more. The issue that I found was that the act of pushing my tongue down would push my mouth open. Then the act of pushing my mouth open at night is that my lower jaw would not stay in the mouthpiece and I’d snore again.

Pure Sleep worked okay, it was like combination between Zyppah and ZQuiet. It worked okay because it didn’t help with my snoring but I never quite got it to fit properly, it was a little funky to have in my mouth. I did notice though that because of its awkward fit that it would hurt my teeth a little bit, almost like I had braces in. The pain of wearing them was not worth the bonus of it stopping my snoring.

Vital Sleep to me was pretty much a copy-cat of the Pure Sleep. I don’t know if they were one company and then split into two? Or maybe someone didn’t like someone else there and started a new company with a very similar product? Or possibly the two companies both had a very similar idea. Either way Vital Sleep was nothing like SnoreRx. Vital Sleep gave me pain in my teeth too.

Lastly, the Snore Doc. This one was a glorified football mouth guard. It has a breathing hole in the front of it which makes it different and it has a row for the bottom teeth to mold into. I did not like this one at all because it really hurt my mouth, especially my teeth and gums. It would fall out of place and I’d start snoring again. It felt like a paid a load of money for a junky item. I would not recommend it at all.

The only one I can truly recommend is the SnoreRx. It truly fixes my snoring issues. After using for over 2 years I can safely say it’s comfortable, works, and totally worth it.

ZQuiet

I have tried many different anti snoring devices over the last few years. There are only 2 of them that I liked and 1 of them that I really liked a lot. The ZQuiet worked pretty well and definitely takes second place. First place though absolutely belongs to the SnoreRx.

I tried both of them and found that the SnoreRx had a slight advantage over the ZQuiet. I noticed that when I tried using the ZQuiet my snoring got better but not 100% like it did with SnoreRx. Even though he ZQuiet worked pretty good it fell short for me. It did not have any type of adjustments that could be made. To me this is an issue because it didn’t fit my teeth perfectly. Because I couldn’t make adjustments on it, my lower jaw sometimes would slip out of the mouthpiece in the middle of the night.

ZQuiet MouthpieceI found that I would start snoring again and sometimes loud enough to wake myself up. It for sure would wake my wife up. She had a special pillow she used that was a thick memory foam to help block the noise from my snoring. Even after trying to mold it to my teeth it would still slip sometimes. A few times I even woke up to find my ZQuiet sitting next to my pillow on my bed. I thought, “How on earth did that get there?” Either it fell out in the night or I spit it out because it wasn’t fitting properly. Either way I didn’t like the fact that sometimes my jaw would slip out of place and I’d start snoring again.

Now this didn’t happen all of the time but it happened enough times for it to be a concern and not consider it the very best. That’s why I use the SnoreRx snoring mouthpiece. It is by far the very best one available. Not only am I able to make 1mm adjustments so it fits perfectly in maxresdefaultmy mouth, but it stays in my mouth the entire night. This means that my snoring actually stays away and doesn’t come back.

Also because of its slim fit design I am able to talk for the most part normally while wearing it. This is great when I’m ready for bed but my wife and I are still talking a little bit before falling asleep. The other mouthpieces I found were very bulky or I couldn’t talk with them in.

The ZQuiet worked pretty good when it would actually stay in my mouth. It for sure didn’t cause any pain in my mouth or give me headaches like the others such as Vital Sleep, Sleep Doc and Pure Sleep. Even still, the SnoreRx is the best way to go for all around comfort and to help stop making noise at night. Since I’ve used my SnoreRx for over two years my rest has been more deep and my energy much higher. It’s a definite #1 choice when it comes to snoring.

There are a number of reasons why I prefer the SnoreRx over all the other anti snoring devices. I have personally used 6 different snoring mouthpieces to see which one is the very best. The clear winner is the SnoreRx. It is far superior to all the other brands because of its simplicity and effectiveness.

When it comes to comfort, the SnoreRx is by far the best. I found that with the SnoreRx snoring mouthpiece I was still able to talk somewhat comfortably and hold a conversation if I needed to. Something when my wife and I are going to bed we are talking about things. When I think we’re done I put my snoring mouthpiece in my mouth. Sometimes my wife will have an additional thought or question. I can actually answer her without having to take the SnoreRx anti snoring device out of my mouth.

SnoreRxI found that with the ZQuiet, Zyppah and others that I couldn’t really talk even after wearing the mouthpiece for a week or more. I thought I’d eventually get used to it and I’d be able to talk. Not the case at all.

SnoreRx has the best adjustment feature out of all of the mouthpieces available. It has 1mm adjustments that can be made. A couple other anti-snoring mouthpieces had the ability to have adjustments be made too but they were not easy to do.

One uses and Allen Wrench to make the adjustment but I never felt like both sides were balanced. I could usually get one side to sit just right, but the other side would be slightly off. Not to mention I really didn’t like putting it in my mouth, feeling it out, taking it out with my saliva all over it. Then just repeating the process again to get the fit, that was not fun.

Some of the other mouthpieces like the Snore Doc, Vital Sleep and Pure Sleep I found actually hurt my teeth quite a bit. Many times I’d get a headache while trying to go to sleep when wearing the devices. I don’t know if it’s just my mouth but it seems like it is a consistent review that pops up. Maybe the mouthpiece is too hard or it’s pushing my teeth like braces and that caused pain. Needless to say getting a headache while trying to go to bed is no fun.

The SnoreRx didn’t give me any issues like the others did. The SnoreRx has been both comfortable and effective. My wife is happy to sleep in the same room as me now and we don’t have to buy another bed just for her to sleep in.

I don’t know what it is about me but I have always snored. The SnoreRx has helped me though and I have noticed that I sleep much deeper and get a much more restful sleep. I have more energy and so does my wife because she too can sleep at night. For over 2 years I have solved my problem and my SnoreRx is still in great shape.

When it comes to snoring and most specifically snoring with someone sleeping next to you, it can get a little ugly. I used to snore every night and my wife has always just put up with it until she couldn’t take it anymore. She was to the point of looking at another bed for a separate bedroom so she could actually sleep through the night. Then I saw a commercial for a snoring mouthpiece.

That’s when she asked me to find a good snoring mouthpiece since it would be 100 times cheaper than getting another bed just for her. Obviously I didn’t want her to have to sleep in another room, nor did I want to spend so much money on a new bed. SnoreRx PicI started looking at many different types of anti snoring devices to find what was best out there.

There are many different “high quality” brands or snoring mouthpieces available but there truly is only one that works the best. SnoreRx was and has been my favorite to use now for over 2 years. My second favorite was the ZQuiet but it didn’t work as well as the SnoreRx. There were a few others I tried using like the Zyppah, Snore Doc, Pure Sleep, and Vital Sleep.

There were many similar issues that I found with the other brands that in the end helped me decide that they were not the best snoring mouthpieces out there. The number one biggest issue with the majority of them is that my lower jaw or teeth would slip out of place of the mouthpiece. Since my teeth slip out of place, my jaw would slide back and my snoring would continue. Obviously that doesn’t work and I was able to get my money back on all of those devices.

The biggest reason I love using my SnoreRx mouthpiece is that my teeth stay in place the entire night. This helps make sure that my lower jaw stays pushed forward so that I can avoid snoring at night. The others didn’t mold to my teeth well so it didn’t lock them in place and sometimes I would still snore. The ZQuiet didn’t do it as bad as the others did but the SnoreRx still was far better.

The other thing that the SnoreRx has an advantage on than the other is that is small and so it makes it easier to talk while it’s in my mouth. The others were very large and others likes the Zyppah even had a tongue suppressor which is supposed to make it better. I found that just because I was getting ready for bed didn’t mean I was done talking and with the other snoring mouthpieces it was nearly impossible to talk. Whereas with the SnoreRx it was still easy to talk.

Obviously the feature that helps me talk and keep my jaw in place all night is the 1mm increment adjustments I can make to the mouthpiece. I had to try a couple of different sizes to get mine just how I wanted it. But after making the tiny adjustments it fits perfect. That’s what helps keep in my mouth all night long. Others have adjustments that can be done with an allen wrench but it’s hard to get both sides of the mouthpiece to fit the exact same.

SnoreRx is the absolute best snoring mouthpiece available. Nothing stands close to it.
